AMC Securities Class Action Settlement Information

Miller Shah LLP is pleased to announce that AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (“AMC” or the “Company”), along with certain executives and financial underwriters, have agreed to pay $18,000,000.00 to resolve claims under the federal securities laws in connection with AMC’s acquisition of several other theater operators and the Company’s secondary public offering (“SPO”) of stock in early-2017. The matter is entitled Hawaii Structural Ironworkers Pension Trust Fund v. AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. et al., Case No. 1:18-cv-00299, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

If you purchased or acquired the Class A common stock of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (ticker symbol: AMC) between December 20, 2016 and August 1, 2017, both dates inclusive, including in AMC Entertainment Holding, Inc.’s SPO on or about February 8, 2017, you could receive a payment from this settlement.

The final approval hearing will be held on February 10, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in Courtroom 906, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, NY 10007. The deadline for filing a claim is February 28, 2022. The administrator for this settlement is Strategic Claims Services.

The Settlement is subject to the Court’s final approval.
