2019 Nissan Versa & Altima Investigation

Nissan drivers are taking legal action over a possible defect in 2019 model year Versa and Altima vehicles containing a Xtronic Continuously Variable Transmission (“CVT”).  The alleged defect causes the vehicles to suddenly shake and jerk (commonly referred to as “juddering” or “shuddering”) when drivers attempt to accelerate.  The problems cause the Versa and Altimas to, in some cases lag or delay when the driver tries to accelerate, or in other cases, exhibit a hard deceleration when drivers either slow down or accelerate at low speeds and can also suffer total transmission failure, necessitating replacement.

If you are the current owner of a 2019 Nissan Versa or Altima with CVT transmission issues, contact us at 1-866-540-5505 or information@millershah.com to learn about how legal action can help with this issue.
