Allegedly, Honda deceptively markets and advertises the 2017 and 2018 CR-V as having a seating capacity of five, as well as a specific 3-point seat belt safety feature. Some consumers have found that with three adult passengers, or even a single car seat, passengers are unable to simultaneously buckle their seat belts safely.
