Investigation Into Alleged Misclassification of Exempt Employees at VibrantCare Rehabilitation, Inc.

Summary of Investigation: Welcome to the webpage maintained by Miller Shah LLP for its investigation into the alleged misclassification of current and former hand, physical and occupational therapists (“Therapists”) employed by VibrantCare Rehabilitation, Inc. (“VibrantCare”). Allegedly, despite the fact that these Therapists did not meet the exemption criteria under the California Industrial Welfare Commission Wage Order, VibrantCare improperly classified the Therapists as exempt employees and denied them the wages and benefits which they are lawfully entitled to under California law.

If you were previously or currently employed by VibrantCare between 2015 and the present, or would like to learn more about this investigation, please fill out the form here.
