Edward H. Glenn Senior Counsel

Biography

Edward H. Glenn is an Associate with Miller Shah LLP in the New York office.

Previously, Ted worked at Zamansky LLC, where his efforts at uncovering stock analyst fraud at Merrill Lynch were profiled in Blood On The Street: The Sensational Inside Story of How Wall Street Analysts Duped A Generation of Investors, by Charles Gasparino (former Wall Street Journal reporter and CNBC correspondent), published by Free Press in January 2005. He was a member of the Journal of International Law and Commerce at Syracuse University College of Law. He also passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Exam, Level I.

Ted concentrates his practice on financial services and investment-related litigation, including ERISA, securities, shareholder derivative and employment matters.  He has many years of experience with business and class action-related litigation. He also has extensive experience recovering losses for investors in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations.

  • In re Citigroup CSO Hedge Fund Litigation — fraud case which settled for $13.5 million.
