Biography
Edward M. Fitzgerald is a Staff Attorney at Miller Shah LLP located in Boston, MA.
Ed received his law degree from the New England School of Law in June 1990. He was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society at Merrimack College, where he graduated with dual degrees in History and Philosophy.
Ed joined Miller Shah in 2022. He has worked on numerous class actions and complex litigation matters, including the vanishing premium life insurance sales cases and the Average Wholesale Price litigation.
