Jillian M. Boyce, Controller,
Senior Litigation Paralegal
Jillian Boyce is the firm’s Controller and Senior Litigation Paralegal. Jillian has nearly a decade of assisting attorneys in high-profile litigation, including False Claims Act, ERISA, and FLSA matters. Jillian plays a key role in all aspects of the firm’s federal and state litigation practice from client intakes through trial. Jillian is also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the firm’s financial and human resources functions. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the firm, Jillian was named Controller in 2019. She manages the firm’s principal administrative office in Chester, Connecticut and resides in Guilford, Connecticut.
Jillian brings a wide-breadth of experience to Miller Shah LLP. She has been an integral part of three successful trial teams and regularly shares her perspective and expertise with the firm’s attorneys in connection with critical court hearings and depositions. Jillian has been a key team member in some of the largest resolutions under the False Claims Act cases in U.S. history.

Away from work, Jillian is active in gardening, furniture restoration and enjoys spending time with her Golden Retrievers, Knox and Cooper. She resides in East Lyme, Connecticut.
