Biography

Jillian Boyce is the Controller and Senior Litigation Paralegal of Miller Shah LLP in its Chester office.

Jill has nearly a decade of assisting attorneys in high-profile litigation, including False Claims Act, ERISA, and FLSA matters. She plays a key role in all aspects of the firm’s federal and state litigation practice from client intakes through trial. Jill is also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the firm’s financial and human resources functions. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the firm, Jill was named Controller in 2019. She manages the firm’s principal administrative office in Chester, Connecticut and resides in Guilford, Connecticut.

Jill brings a wide breadth of experience to the Firm. She has been an integral part of three successful trial teams and regularly shares her perspective and expertise with the firm’s attorneys in connection with critical court hearings and depositions. Jillian has been a key team member in some of the largest resolutions under the False Claims Act cases in U.S. history.
