Johanna C. Richter Law Clerk

Biography

Johanna Richter is a Law Clerk at Miller Shah LLP in the Philadelphia office.

Johanna obtained her law degree from UC Berkeley Law, where she was a project leader of the Homelessness Service Project and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team.

Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Alaska Anchorage and her Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She worked for the Farmworker Legal Assistance Clinic at Cornell Law School prior to joining Miller Shah.

Johanna concentrates her practice on complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on ERISA and employment litigation.
