Biography

Julie M. Capito is a Legal Assistant at Miller Shah LLP located in St. Helena, California.

Julie has over 30 years of experience in the legal progression as a paralegal who assists attorneys in transactions and civil litigation. Specifically, Julie has experience with estate planning, business law, real estate transactions, winery and vineyard transactions, business entity formation, tax planning, and office management. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a certified shorthand reporter for the State of California for 15 years.

Julie manages the St. Helena, California office for Miller Shah and is responsible for day-to-day office responsibilities.

In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her partner, Jason, and two rescue dogs, Enzo and Koby. Her hobbies include attending concerts, biking, traveling, e-scootering, hiking, home wine-making, scuba diving, gardening, and generally making the rest of the Firm feel unhealthy. She also happens to be an expert wine taster, coffee snob, and food critic.
