Robert’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation including antitrust, securities, and employment law. He has also represented clients in whistleblower and consumer protection cases. Robert has been involved in several prominent class actions that have resulted in substantial recoveries including: In re IPO Securities Litigation ($586 million), In re Volkswagen ‘Clean Diesel’ Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation ($10 billion), Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation ($1.2 billion), and In re Lithium Batteries Antitrust Litigation ($64.45 million).
Robert earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University (J.D. 2002) where he served as Comments Editor for the Dickinson Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Before joining the firm, Robert was an associate for the law firms of Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check LLP, Mager White & Goldstein LLP and Shepherd Finkelman Miller & Shah, LLP, where he practiced securities, employment, whistleblower and consumer protection litigation.
