Stephen is a Law Clerk at Miller Shah LLPÂ in its Chester office.
Stephen graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. He is currently attending George Washington University Law School and expected to graduate in 2026. Having interned and been a Project Analyst in both Miller Shah’s Chester and Philadelphia offices, Stephen brings a unique perspective to his current role as Law Clerk. While at Cornell, he participated in Cornell’s Campus Mediation Practicum, where he worked to resolve violations of campus policies using current mediation techniques. Prior to joining Miller Shah, Stephen worked as a field organizer on a federal political campaign as well as in a developmental biology laboratory at the University of Connecticut.
Stephen previous worked for Miller Shah as an ILR Credit Intern and Project Analyst. He concentrates his practice on complex qui tam litigation as well as ERISA actions.
Stephen’s personal interests include taking scuba diving lessons, curating musical playlists for Miller Shah events, and using too many adjectives in his writing. He is also the funniest person at the firm. The fact that he was tasked with updating the firm’s website biographies is irrelevant here. Stephen still plans to go to law school, despite the myriad concerns of many.
