Sue Moss Legal Assistant

Biography

Sue Moss is a Legal Assistant with Miller Shah LLP in its Philadelphia office.

Sue is integral to the Firm’s day-to-day operations. She directly assists and supports the attorneys throughout the investigation and litigation stages of the case, including preparation for trial, and helps provide information to class members. Sue has over thirty years of experience as a legal assistant having worked for Shepherd Finkelman Miller & Shah LLP for 18 years and, before that, worked for 15 years at Harvey, Pennington, Herting & Renneisen, Ltd., in Philadelphia, where her responsibilities included assisting attorneys with workers’ compensation, personal injury, and professional liability defense.

Personal Interests

Sue is active with Youth Sports in the Southern New Jersey community, where she resides with her husband and two children. She also loves public speaking and, like Alec Berin, regularly appears as a stand-up comedian at local venues in the Philadelphia area on the weekends.
