Biography

Catalina Rey is Of Counsel at Miller Shah LLP in the Florida office.

Catalina Rey is a trilingual corporate and regulatory attorney admitted to practice in the State of Florida and Costa Rica. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, she draws on more than 10 years of hands-on legal and financial experience within the wealth management industry to help clients navigate complex corporate structures, securities regulations, and international business operations.

Throughout her career, Catalina has served as both corporate counsel and regulatory and compliance counsel for major financial institutions—including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Private Equity funds, and Broker-Dealers. She partners with domestic and international clients to structure new ventures, protect assets, and manage cross-border transactions.

Catalina loves staying active and spending time outdoors. An avid runner, she enjoys getting outside for a run whenever she can, especially when surrounded by nature. She also loves traveling, discovering new places, and spending time with her family. When she has some downtime, Catalina enjoys a good movie and is always happiest when there is an opportunity to be outdoors.
