Bruce D. Parke is a Partner with Miller Shah LLP in its Philadelphia office.
Bruce earned his undergraduate degree in Administration of Justice from the Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University (J.D. 2002). He also has been an associate of the law firms of Mager White & Goldstein LLP and Mager & Goldstein LLP where he practiced securities, antitrust, and consumer protection litigation.
He joined Shepherd Finkelman Miller & Shah LLP in 2008 and was named a partner of that firm in 2019. Bruce represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including whistleblower, securities, antitrust, and consumer protection. In addition, he has experience representing clients in employment and ERISA cases.
Bruce is the firm’s “MacGyver” and is literally knowledgeable, skilled and interested in all things. He can just as easily be found using his sous vide to prepare a pork loin as he can be found building a retaining wall on a neighbor’s property or helping a stray passenger balloon to land safely in his neighborhood. The internet is not extensive enough to catalogue Bruce’s personal interests.
