Faaria Zubair Project Analyst

Biography

Faaria is a Project Analyst at Miller Shah in the New York Office.

Faaria graduated from Cornell University in 2026 with a major in Industrial and Labor Relations. While in college, she was heavily involved in ILR Student Government Association and was an active member of the South Asian Council’s advocacy team, where she advocated for the South Asian community at Cornell and beyond. She also conducted research with the ILR Worker Institute primarily on gig economy and focused on the experiences and working conditions of street vendors and app-based delivery workers. Through her coursework and research at Cornell, Faaria developed an interest in employment law, employee protections, and disability rights.

Faaria previously worked for the firm as an ILR Credit Intern and is continuing her role here as a Project Analyst.

Personal Interests

When she is not working or studying, Faaria can usually be found with her camera in hand, taking pictures of pretty much anything that catches her eye. She loves hiking, basketball, dancing, piano, exploring new places, and will almost always say yes to anything outdoorsy or involving an activity.
