Casey Associate

Biography

Casey Yamasaki is a litigator who represents clients in class action, employment, antitrust, and consumer protection cases.

Casey began her legal career at Miller Shah LLP, where she was a project analyst from 2016 to 2017. She litigated class actions and complex commercial disputes at every stage of a case. She also advised nonprofit clients pro bono and spoke on panels about antitrust and employment law at international law conferences.

Before joining Miller Shah LLP as an Associate, Casey clerked for the Honorable Jill A. Otake of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii and Magistrate Judge Michael S. Berg of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Casey trains in Hokushin Shito Ryu karate and Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu iaido. She ran the New York City Marathon once, but her doctor has since advised her to reconsider running as a hobby.
