Nathan C. Zipperian Partner, General Counsel

Biography

Nathan C. Zipperian is a Partner and General Counsel at Miller Shah LLP in the Florida office.

Nathan earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon and his law degree from the Temple University School of Law. While at Temple, Nathan was an Editor of the Environmental Law and Technology Journal. Nathan was previously a litigator at Bailey Pinney and Associates in Oregon, where his practice focused primarily on employment related litigation, and with Martin Hart & Fullerton in Arizona, where he litigated a wide variety of cases including personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability cases.

Nathan’s practice is focused on corporate work and complex litigation. Nathan represents both U.S. and international corporations in all aspects of their transactional needs, including contract negotiations and drafting, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Nathan also advises the Firm’s clients on employment matters. He also has significant experiencing representing businesses and individual clients in litigation, employment matters, contract disputes, and ADA compliance issues. Finally, Nathan has represented business and individual clients in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

Personal Interests

Nathan enjoys hiking, traveling, golfing, playing basketball, waging war on the Oxford comma(,) and, to the chagrin of Jim Miller, an occasional game of pickleball. Nathan is also on the Board of Directors for International Friends of Festival Verdi.
