1. Google LLC to acquire cybersecurity firm Wiz, Inc. for $32 billion. This all-cash acquisition is the largest in Google’s history, underscoring the company’s expansion into AI and cloud computing.
2. Borealis AG; Borouge plc to acquire NOVA Chemicals Corp. for $13.40 billion, creating Borouge Group International, an international chemicals producer with an estimated valuation of $60 billion.
3. Whitecap Resources Inc. to acquire Veren Inc. for $10.43 billion, a deal which will make Whitecap the seventh-largest Canadian oil producer by output and significantly strengthen its position in North American energy.
4. Sycamore Partners Management, L.P. to acquire Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. for $10 billion.
5. Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) to acquire Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. for $7 billion, privatizing the renewable power producer and supporting CDPQ’s long-term strategy to advance the global transition to renewable energy.
6. SoftBank Group Corp. to acquire Ampere Computing LLC for $6.5 billion.
7. A coalition led by William Chisholm and Sixth Street Partners, LLC to acquire the Boston Celtics NBA team for $6.1 billion.
8. Blackstone Inc. to acquire Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC for $5.65 billion.
9. Bain Capital Private Equity, LP to acquire YORK Holdings Co., Ltd for $5.37 billion.
10. Prosus N.V. to acquire Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. for $4.30 billion.
